If you are interested in commissioning a piece of art, please contact me here and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I will give you price options based on size, and work with you to create a one of a kind painting, tailored to you. You are welcome to send me pictures of the room which the painting will go in, as well as fabric swatches, or any other information you feel is helpful so that I can make sure the painting is just what you want! I look forward to working with you!
Step One
First off, we’ll talk style. Are you drawn to the ladies’ series, or landscapes? I only offer commissions in my style, landscape or figure. No representational or photo realistic pieces. After this I will send you my price list to talk in further detail about what size you might need! Once you have made a decision on size, you’ll make a deposit for 50% of the price to hold your spot on my commissions list. I will ask you a wide array of questions before we get going to ensure our visions align.
Step 2
Once I am able to start on your painting, I will begin in my sketchbook, working out compositions. Depending on the project, I might send you samples of layouts to choose from before starting on canvas. I like to get a few layers in on the canvas before sending any progress shots.
Step 3
Once I’ve gotten to a place where I feel the painting is complete, I will send you photos and sometimes videos! Included in the price of your painting is one edit / tweak (most of the time not needed if you have been clear in answering my intake form) and additional edits are $150 each time.
Step 4
When you have given your final approval, it’s time for varnishing and then delivery! You will pay the shipping or courier fee, so please let me know up front if that is needed so I can get you a quote for that fee. I can also have the paintings custom framed if you would like. Prices vary, please inquire.
