• Your piece will usually ship within two weeks of purchase. 

• I currently only ship to the U.S. and Canada. 

• Pressed paper works come in a plastic sleeve and mat backing with a “Lizzy Love Art” sticker, perfect for gifting. It comes unframed. 

• Canvas works come bubble wrapped in a cardboard box with plenty of padding. Large works will likely ship via a courier and this will be arranged directly with the client when applicable. 

• I make sure that your painting is packed very carefully to arrive in perfect condition. The edges come with bubble corners and the painting is protected through multiple layers of padding. 

• If you would like your painting to be framed before shipping, please email me. I also recommend Framebridge for framing if you don’t have a local framer. 

• If you live in the Nashville area select Nashville Pick up and I will reach out to you to arrange pick up. If you select Nashville pickup at checkout, but are not in the Nashville area, you will be billed separately for shipping.

returns

I work hard to have clear and accurate photos, but color nuances cannot be captured perfectly by digital media and vary from screen to screen. If you just aren't sure about the painting or its colors, I will be happy to send more photos with close ups and videos. Paintings are not sold 'upon approval'. This means I cannot accept a return if it doesn't match or you change your mind.

If a painting or print is damaged during shipping, I can work out a return and refund with you.
